We'll understand your goals, assess how you move, identify what's holding you back, and build the first stage of your progression.

You'll leave with clarity, a personalised plan, and a clear understanding of what you're working towards and why.

From there, your coaching evolves alongside you, with every phase of training building towards the next milestone movement.

 

Between sessions, your programme lives in our app. You'll always know what to do, how to approach it, and how it fits into the bigger picture.

Yes. All coaching starts with a Calibrate Session to define your goals, understand your current level, and move you forward at a pace that's right for you.

2. Do I need to be strong or flexible already?

No. Sessions are structured to meet you where you are and progress at a pace that’s appropriate for you.

3. Is this suitable for advanced athletes? 

Yes. Advanced athletes are supported in breaking through strength plateaus, refining technique, and developing higher level skills.

4. Where are sessions held?

Sessions take place in a private studio space in Nottingham (NG2). The exact location is shared upon booking.

5. How does the Calibrate Session work?

The Calibrate Session is a longer, in-depth session focused on goal setting, assessment, developing movement quality, and identifying the most effective path forward for your goals.

6. What happens after the Calibrate Session?

Most clients continue with private studio sessions, hybrid studio coaching, or online coaching depending on their needs and availability. Session notes and exercises are delivered through a coaching app, with video guidance included.

7. Can I train around injuries or limitations?

Yes. Coaching is structured to work around current limitations and build capacity safely over time.

8. How do I book?

Online coaching follows the same system used in the studio: Focused direction, step by step progress, technical clarity.

Onboarding starts with an online Calibrate Session. Programming is delivered through an app with video demonstrations.

The difference between options is how closely that process is supported.

System-led coaching with monthly review.

Designed for those wanting structure and guidance without scheduled calls.
